Entretien
I first met Deloitte at my school career fair, and received an invitation to first-round interview through campus recruiting. The first-round interview was with a senior manager from Chicago and a partner from NYC. Although I met the two professionals the day before the interview at the pre-interview night event, senior manager strictly asked behavioral questions only, while the interview with the partner was a casual conversation.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
