Applied online in October/November 2020. Hope this helps anyone! 1st stage: they got back to me a few days after my application. I did a screening call with a recruiter which was about 10 minutes. Asked basic questions and was fairly straightforward. 2nd stage: around 2 weeks later I was invited to do a Zoom interview with someone (can't remember exact role). This took around 45 minutes and was split into sections. Some general explanation about the company, the role and my motivation for applying. Followed by generic competency/situational questions. Interviewer was very friendly and put me at ease, and there was a bit of general chat too which was nice. Come prepared with good examples! 3rd stage: I was told about a month later (after a bit of chasing) that they had gone with another candidate with more suitable experience and I wouldn't be invited to the final interview. I thought that was fair enough, as finishing university I hadn't had much relevant experience, even though the role was described as entry level and not too technical. 4th stage: anyway they kept my details on record in case anything came up (I could carry on with the progress I had made) and they contacted me in January (5/6 weeks after) saying they want to invite me to do the final interview. I did it a few days later with a partner and a senior manager. Quite similar to the previous interview but it was a lot more of them explaining to me the role and what they do. They were particularly interested in my current job. I found this easier than the previous interview and it was a lot more informal than I had imagined, even though I thought I had done better in the previous interview. Got the offer around 10 days after the final interview and now going through the onboarding process! From reading other people's experiences, it seems the interview processes vary a lot by job role. My process seemed a bit easier than others. But I think solid preparation is key (especially if you're new to interviewing). At some points I felt I overprepared so focus on being able to relax and speak clearly as it's not an interrogation, I think they just want to get a feel for who you are. Good luck!
