The video interview was basically a Job simulation working on a case study to do with advising a technology company. Mainly scenarios to do with dealing with colleagues, how you would conduct and present your work etc...

1st stage: Application
2nd stage: Situation Judgement Test
3rd stage: Numerical Reasoning Test
4th Stage: Virtual Pre-Recorded Video Interview
5th (final) Stage: Video Interview with employee in that field
The situation judgement test and numerical reasoning is very standard for this industry and is no easier or harder than normal.
The virtual pre-recorded video interview focuses on competency based questions such as teamwork, leadership etc.
The final stage interview is again mainly focused on competency based questions but there will be 1 or 2 job specific questions mainly asking what you know about the role. At the end there is an opportunity to ask any questions so it is worthwhile have a couple prepared.

Through from initial application to phone interview stage I was kept updated and informed of the state of my application. Interview was completed over Skype with a very friendly senior employee. Interview took around half an hour. I was made to feel very at ease and relaxed throughout the entire process.
