There were three rounds- 2 technical and 1 managerial round. First technical round was basics of the stream you are in. Second round was purely based on work experience. The interview was good.

three virtual rounds in one day - first was technical, second was behavioural, third was with a principal/partner. no case studies. straightforward interview questions. technical - easy enough. if you know your stuff, it will readily show. we just spoke about my past experience. behavioral - prep for this one. have good and straightforward examples ready. the questions i got were extremely vague. but seemed he was trying to determine leadership skills, communication skills, flexibility/adaptability. wasn’t able to get a good read on whether i did well or not - guess that’s the point of a behavioral?... principal - behavioral interviewer said that this last interview would really determine whether an offer would get extended. i would suggest knowing why deloitte, why consulting, why the specific industry (if applicable), what your career goals are, what interests you have (not hobbies - professional interests). we talked about many random things, but i picked up that these things were the ultimate goal of our convo. applied online. received a call from hr after about a week. scheduled the interviews a few days later. got an offer the following day. declined offer, but overall very impressed with the team and their hr process. quick, efficient. hr rep provided input before the interview - what to be ready for and provided input after the interview - surprisingly received a good amount of feedback from the team.
