The process was: Recruiter screen -> virtual interview with 3 people -> offer.
The interviews weren’t super technical. No coding involved. Mostly just discussed my experience with various technologies and the details of the position I was interviewing for.
I ended up declining the offer because each interviewer expressed to me that 50-60 hours per week is the norm. One of them even seemed like he was bragging about it.

Interviewer asked questions out of my skillset and not related to the job duties. I pointed that out and he said he was mistaken about the role. It was a waste of time for both me and HR.
