- First round: Video screening interview with automated prompted questions and timed responses
- Second round: Case interview and behavioural with one senior manager and one manager
- Relatively easy interview process, case was not difficult compared to other consulting firms.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
