5-8 Interviews. Took 3 months from initial contact to hiring day. Not difficult interview. Normal casual conversation. Interview consisted of speaking to future peers, at every level. Recruiter, Associate, Senior Associate, Manager(2), Senior Manager(2), Partner. Every conversation was mainly focused on displaying your ability to work in a team environment. Few technical questions, but volunteered a lot to show ability to perform job duties. Almost every interview ended with "I'll give the recruiter feedback and you should hear back soon". Which turned out to be a positive thing.

The interview process was professional and well-organized. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, availability, salary expectations, and interest in Deloitte. After that, I had a technical and behavioral interview with the team. They asked about my previous experience, how I handle pressure, and how I would work with clients in a fast-paced consulting environment. Overall, the difficulty was average.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
