I came through this opening in LinkedIn and applied in company’s website after which I received a mail from an internal recruiter who is London based. She asked me for a convenient time to discuss about the role & my work experience. I replied her back with a time and date. We both had a 15 minutes discussion. I felt it went really well from my side. And she said I will be receiving a mail in couple of weeks If i am selected for the position. I received a mail in three weeks that I’m not selected for this position this time. And as far as I know, we the candidates are allowed to ask for an interview feedback. I sent her an e-mail asking for feedback which can help me in improving skills where I’m lacking. She replied me back stating that her department manager will be letting me know in couple of days. I didn’t receive any feedback till date in spite of following up more than two times. It was so annoying “how can a ‘big 4’ treat candidates like this?”
