Entretien
Initial telephone interview with two senior managers followed by a face-to-face with the hiring manager and a project manager. The telephone interview was lengthy (one hour) but friendly, open and positive - mostly competency based questions. The face-to-face interview took place late in the day (4.30pm) and was a big disappointment - the hiring manager was a woman who looked far too young and inexperienced for her role and she displayed little interest in my CV. I just had the impression that she was going through the motions. She kept repeating that she wanted someone who could be 'hands on' despite the job title being test manager. A total waste of my time.

Entretien
The process consisted of 4 Rounds of Interviews typically over teams. Session 1 was introduction and pulse with HR. Session 2 involved high level questions. Session 3 was based on scenario questions with STAR answer required. Session 4 was with a Director to discuss potential clients.

5. Partner
And many more calls with HR afterwards.
Due to the pandemic, all the interviews happened over Microsoft Teams.
.First and second rounds are fixed. If you are through, the HR will schedule an interview with Director (the big fish) and Partner (the biggest fish).
