Resume collect that turned into a virtual interview process. Met recruiter in an office near me and teleconferenced with four different team members. The team was very interest in my personal connection to the city and was looking for someone long term to stay and grow with the team.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
