Recruited through campus recruiting, liberal arts department. *Deloitte hires from all majors for this position, so be sure to reach out to a recruiter if they haven't come to your school. Chances are the business school will have the contact info for one. Passed resume drop and was invited for first-round. Before first-round, there was a case workshop to run through a case. You aren't expected to have knowledge of cases; this is to teach you how they will run. Perhaps speaking out will cause you to stand out, though the person leading the interviewer may not be your recruiter. Use this and the pre-interview dinner (if they have one) to get to know the employees. Round one is a 30-min case and 30-min behavioral.
2 rounds of interview- 1 HR and 1 tech+HR, medium difficulty, very friendly and very good process. Got placed through campus placement, they came for 6 other roles . I interviewed for Human Capital Organization Transformation Analyst.
The interviewer asked me to tell me about myself and standard resume questions. For example: Why did you choose this feature in your project? What was the challenging part of your project etc

one online interview, done through video record, than 2 rounds of online interview by panel, in the 1st round, they ask me CV based questions, and in the 2nd they ask me behavioural questions
