Everything was incredibly structured and organized. The company was very up-front about the type of interview that was going to be conducted and what to expect. The processes consists of 3 interviews: 2 behavioral and 1 case, usually over two days. The best advice I could give anyone would be to practice as many different case interviews as possible and be able to justify all of your answers. The key is not what you know, but how you can explain it. Everyone involved in the processes is incredibly professional and helpful, from the interviewer to the greeter. After interact with the employees I realized that these are the kinds of people I would enjoy working with, and a year later, my decision still stands.

I went through two interviews. The first interview included the behavioral part and case part. The second interview was with a managing director, and the entire interview was about solving a M&A case.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
