Resume submitted via e-mail, generated calls from recruiter. Recruiter is back east and has caller ID. Phone interview lasted about 60 minutes, and generally was a resume review and background discussion. Followed by an interview with the hiring director. Hiring director interview was a discussion of the position, department and history; very little focus on resume/abilities; took about an hour.
