Deloitte started interviewing me in March and wanted me to join ASAP. I was finishing a major project that would go another five months. We met every six to eight weeks and then I was able to give notice at my lat employer and joined the Firm in September, with the last interview being held with the managing principal in August.

Asked to provide an answer to a difficult question that did not have a simple answer, rather it should have had a number of additional questions to narrow the answer - they wanted an answer so I gave the right answer, which was actually three answers.
There were many questions but the question I referred to above was the best question and answer and certainly helped gain me the offer to join the firm.
Thorough with good communication throughout the process. I first had a phone call with an initial screener. Then the hiring director, VP and MD. A few rounds. very standard questions. Usual prep required.

Clear interview process. Steps well explained. Candidate required to present a business case which felt a bit like providing free consulting. They were very good on p[roviding feedback ion interview performance and also getting back to candidate within the timescale they had promised
