The first phase consited in a skills test. This phase is quite easy.
The next phase consist in a face-to-face interviwm in which you have to explain to a Manager, why are you applying for that job and why are you the right person for the job.
Finally, you will have a group dynamic in which you will be a part of a team of 5 memebers and you will have to deal with a real life problem, and you will have to work in group in order to reach a common solution.
