My opinion of this company changed after my interview experience with them. My first round of interviews went perfectly well. It was 45 mins of technical and 45 minutes of behavioral. Both of which I feel I did really well and impressed the people interviewing me. I was asked to come in for the final round of interviewing 2 weeks later at the New York office. Here, I had to complete opposite experience, I almost got the sense that I was not wanted there, and like they already knew who they were going to hire; but they had me there as a "space filler". It felt like a pretty big waste of my time because I prepared so much for this interview. My behavioral was cut short 20 minutes, and my case study was cut short 15 minutes, the other candidate went over the allotted time. They could have made it less obvious that they wanted to hire him and not me.

It was good. Asked about basic accounting concepts and logical questions. The first round is online test and then second round is interview by Manager and third round is versant. They also aksed about career goals.
