A 20+ years experience panel interviewed and asked various questions. Not very grilling but not direct either. They want confident and curious employees. But not a bad experience. They were calm and helpful.
Very friendly conversation. Good vibe, time to explain my CV and some questions about myself, teamwork, experience, education, etc. The interview was in english and lasted for about thirty minutes.
Hubo tres entrevistas. La primera para conocer la empresa, la segunda con recursos humanos y la tercera con un gerente. En la segunda fueron preguntas de motivación y la última preguntas de motivación + juego mental final.
