Very laid back, two people interviewed me and they rotated in between (There was another candidate they were interviewing the same time). The interview was conversational and easy. You can ask them questions during interview.

Asked you to talk about your experience on your resume.
HR interview then interview with manager & senior manager.
HR asks behavioral questions + questions about past experiences, jobs, uni projects.
Overall medium difficulty and atmosphere was on the friendly side.

Entretien
The interview was made in three steps:
1 STEP.
Mathematic Test, Logic Test and English Tests (average difficulty - 30 minutes each)
Group based Business case discussion (they gave us cases to discuss together in order to agree upon a feasible solution)
2 STEP. HR interview (personality, motivation to advisory, background)
3 STEP. Manager interview (skill work related)
