J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 12 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte (New York, NY) en oct. 2016
Entretien
I interviewed for Advisory Manager in October 2016. I was contacted by the Deloitte recruiter on LinkedIn, I did not apply for this position. Unfortunately that vacancy went on hold at the time. I was not informed about this then. No communication, no email, I was left wondering what happened.
Fast forward a year, and the position opened up again. I was contacted by Deloitte recruiter to interview again. After two weeks I was told I was not a good fit (without any interviews). It amazes me because my profile has only became much better than when I interviewed last time, and I was contacted by Deloitte themselves, not the other way around. If I was not a good fit, they should not have asked me to interview again.
Disappointed. Will never interview with them again.
Normal interview process of discussing experience and value add to the firm. Be sure to know how you can bring forth value to the firm. I highly recommend connecting with your interviewer upon joining the firm.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Deloitte en mars 2017

I applied online and got an email from a recruiter a few days later. Followed up with a first phone interview that was a good introductory conversation about the firm. The interviewer wasn't in the practice area of the firm I applied to so we only had a general conversation.
The second phone screen was with someone who also didn't work in the practice area of the firm I applied to. We had a very perfunctory conversation. He admitted to not reading my resume and it felt like he was rushing me off the phone the entire time. I received feedback from the recruiter where I was told I wasn't technical enough for the position. This was completely odd since I didn't have anything approaching a technical conversation with either interviewer.
I pushed back on the lack of technical experience feedback. In response, I was told the two persons I spoke with often work with the practice area I was applying to. In all a complete waste of all parties time since they didn't bother to match me up to people who could actually suss out my experience. Plus I still can't get over that one of the people didn't even read my resume. Completely unprofessional.
