The screening call was with a director and we talked about my experience and relevance for the role. I then completed an online psychometric test. Then there was short a group interview, a business case which was focused on my area of expertise and an interview with a director and a partner. Overall, the process was very organized and the interviewers professional, dynamic, inspiring and friendly.
