It began with an on campus interview, 30 minute back to back Behavioral interview and a Case interview. Behavioral is pretty straight forward and the case interview is just to see how the interviewee thinks and processes information. Prior to the campus interview, there was a Pre-Night Event at the office where we got to meet current first year analysts that graduated from the same university along with other analysts and managers. It was a casual and relaxing event-they set it up so that people could be relaxed for the interview the next day and allowed for all the potential interviewees to ask about the process. After the first round interviews, final round interview or what they call Blitz Day invitations were sent out about a week later. The Blitz day was a two day process, consisting of a night of networking and dinner. Atmosphere was similar in that it was meant so that people could get to know employees and the company and ask various questions about the upcoming day. The next day was an all day event consisting of 5 different interviews, 1 of them being a case, and than a group case presentation.
