Easy process. Started with initial phone call, business case and then 3 final interviews. The business case was in group at the office and was meant to assess your soft skills rather than your business acumen.

Everything moved very quickly, there was only 6 weeks between submitting my initial application and the final stage assessment. - stage one - typical online assessment - stage two - job simulation that involves pre recorded video answers, written tasks and ranking options. - stage three - final stage involved two interviews (one typical strengths and motivation interview and another based on an activity you will be asked to prepare for before hand). Both interviewers were friendly and make you feel at ease.
