The process began with a short screening, then an online test, and finally an interview with the partner. Most of the questions in the interview were technical, which was quite tough since I’m a fresh graduate without audit experience.

Started with a self-introduction.
Asked technical questions, like:
1. Difference between point in time and over time revenue recognition.
2. Straight-line vs units of production depreciation.
3. What an auditor does if bank statement doesn’t match accounting records.
Many other technical questions too, quite challenging.
Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.

Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge and overcame it?
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
