Online assessment of low difficulty is the first stage. Then you do an online assessment centre consisting of five questions including video recorded and written answers under time pressure. Following this you are rejected or accepted on to the programme.

Write an email to your supervisor explaining how you will manage the resource requests from your colleagues and ensure you complete your other work on time. Use examples from the calendar given to support your points (written answer).
Review the financial information above and highlight the key points you think the client should be aware of and what actions they should take (written answer).
There are gaps and errors in a document you have been given to present to a client. Please explain what actions you would take to address these issues in the document (video answer).

It was assessment questions online - there was numerical and some emails where we had to edit and sort through online. It went very well and it wasn't difficult at all.

Entretien
It was an online assessment and a job simulation. The online assessment consisted of situational judgement tests as well as verbal and numerical. The job simulation consisted of multiple-choice questions and recordings.
