The process was pleasant and relaxed the whole way through. Everyone I interacted with was genuine. They were sincerely interested in getting to know you as a person. The interviews were less about question and answer, and more conversations about the future of their business, how I see my role and where the hurdles will be. We spent as much time talking about soft skills and hard skills. It was a good balance for me.
