Verbal and numerical psychometric tests, followed by a video interview which asked 3x1 minute questions including what you would do in the first few months of the role to make yourself known amongst your key stakeholders and to describe something you are passionate about. Then progressed to the assessment centre where you are re-tested and have to pass the tests and then did a group exercise.
