1st interview over the phone with the area HR manager. 2nd interview was in person with the General Manager of the site. Short interview, did a walk through of the building, got an offer that day and a call back a couple days later. Was working that next week.

Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
