Very laid back and casual but still professional. 1st interview was local with a regional HR person. The 2nd was in the Chicago are with 3 people and then there was a phone interview with 2 more people.

The interview process consisted of typical behavioral based questions. Expectation was your provide examples of previous experience related to questions on certain operational and leadership attributes specific to the role.

They'll take whoever they can convince to take on the stress. It's a classic bait and switch interview process where they bait you in and open the doors to misery.

Tough practical questions drawing upon my experience and leadership style allowed me to truly show the value I can bring to the company. Although the questions were difficult I found the to be awesome and much needed to assess my abilities and core leadership values.
