Phone interview, followed by in person interview with General Manager and Human Resource Representative. Tour of the facility and explanation of benefits. The usual sales pitch for the company followed by an extensive overview of what they were looking for in a Supervisor.

Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
