You first get hired as a temp then you have to wait 6 months to even be considered to be hired in then once you get the application it will still take another month to even hear about orientation or if you got the position.

Entretien
Very short interview, no interview at all if you came from a temp service. Very short basic math test, adding and subtracting with some differentiating between similar looking numbers. Leave for your drug test and have to bring the result back immediately. Given with about a 4 hour orientation class. Not hard at all.
