1. First they conducted a hackathon where we were divided into groups and participated.
2. Followed by this technical interview. Discussion is more on the projects and technical knowledge.

Worst interview experience in terms of time and interviewer
They called for interview at 9:30, after gone through all security process they put on wait for 30 min, then they conducted written exam from 10:30 to 11:30. Again they asked us to wait , then they statrted interview at 1:00 PM and finished by 2:00 PM.
This is not well organized, so they are putting all the people in unnecessary waiting, and wasting time.
Written Exam :
- Time given is not at all compatiable with the questions given ( congested time)
- Some questions are not clear, not intesive.
- We can't understand what they are expecting in question.
Technical Interview
- Interview doesn't not clear with his question.
- He is trying to argue and trying to create confusion in candidate mind.
- He is not listening properly and he is trying shoot same questions again.
- They don't know how to find skills in someone.
Overall poor interview process.
