Worst interview experience in terms of time and interviewer They called for interview at 9:30, after gone through all security process they put on wait for 30 min, then they conducted written exam from 10:30 to 11:30. Again they asked us to wait , then they statrted interview at 1:00 PM and finished by 2:00 PM. This is not well organized, so they are putting all the people in unnecessary waiting, and wasting time. Written Exam : - Time given is not at all compatiable with the questions given ( congested time) - Some questions are not clear, not intesive. - We can't understand what they are expecting in question. Technical Interview - Interview doesn't not clear with his question. - He is trying to argue and trying to create confusion in candidate mind. - He is not listening properly and he is trying shoot same questions again. - They don't know how to find skills in someone. Overall poor interview process.
