One on one interview, very comfortable. Simply asked about what I do, my skills and strengths and when I can work. The environment was fine, taking place in the restaurant and the interviewer was very nice.

It was an interview day and it was lots of varied and interesting tasks that were required. This was back in the days when the Glasgow restaurant just opened but I enjoyed the process.
