One on one interview, very comfortable. Simply asked about what I do, my skills and strengths and when I can work. The environment was fine, taking place in the restaurant and the interviewer was very nice.

over the phone first, then it was face to face with area manager then finally the restaurant manager. Straight forward process with a bit of travelling. Everyone made me feel welcome

Very methodical, professional and efficient. They ask about your personality, experience, how you would interact with guests etc to make sure you’re a good fit. Then if they decide to hire you, they treat you to a nice meal after!
