      Punctual and professional, malin did a great job. Clear about expectation which made easy to deliver. We went through four rounds so plenty of opportunities to ask questions and deliver.

      I want to preface this review by noting that I already had another job offer in hand and as such this is not a criticism on account of not being offer a role, rather of the poor recruitment/interview process. I was initially told by the external recruiter that the interview process would be extremely streamlined and only involved creating a 5 minute video, followed by an interview. Fast forward 6 weeks and I had gone through 4 stages of the recruitment process; a 5 minute video about my experience and resume, a 30 minute interview, an analytical article/task (that required a decent amount of work), and finally a final round , in person interview including a 10 minute presentation (that again required a decent amount of work and preparation). I had to fight tooth and nail for any kind of feedback after the final round, which was ultimately only forthcoming 3 weeks later. After following up on multiple occasions with the external recruiter, I was finally advised that CZ had decided they were revising their requirements and re-posting this role for a more junior candidate. If there was any uncertainty in the skills/experience of the candidate they were looking to hire, they should not have gone to market to begin with, let alone put in place such an involved and drawn out recruitment process. All in all a poor experience that included a distinct lack of communication and feedback - and ultimately a waste of time for all parties involved.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do have a rigorous recruitment process here at CZ incorporating all the stages that you have mentioned. It is frustrating to hear that this, the business travel/holidays which delayed your particular interaction with us has not been clearly communicated to you via the recruitment agency. The post interview feedback appears to have been in factual too. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we are continuously looking to improve on process and will look into refining communications when working with third parties.
