You usually get interviewed by the head personal trainer of floor manger. They ask you about your experience in the physical fitness industry and your personal training credentials. A college degree isn’t necessary and as long as you have a passion for fitness and a credible certification you’ll be hired.

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.

Was punctual, and helpful to learn something new. However, they did not get back to me about the decision. Can be offered different options to see how I will be doing.
