The interview process was a group interview which involved questions in a circle a lot of the questions were asked by the manager of the gym they were asking for prior sales experience and trying to learn our personalities

They turned me down because I have no experience answering calls and said I don’t know how to multitask thus letting me know I was rejected. I know I won’t get a call back because they show no interest in career development.
