J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Crunch Fitness (Boston, MA) en déc. 2014
Entretien
They asked me how long i had been training for. What types of certifications I held, and/or if I also had a degree in a related field. I was asked what days and hours i could work and if i was open to overtime. I also was asked about which group classes that I wanted to teach. When i could start. After they showed me around the gym and the equipment, then they ran me through the computer software they use.

Question 1
What types of certifications and experience do you have within our field?
Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
