Recruiter called to ask questions (phone screening) first, first interview was not too difficult, quite casual, more like introduction and screening if they like you enough & about your skills. The second one was more in depth about the company & job details, how you'll fit in with the company etc. You will meet the friendly interviewees which are the HR persons, your peer, managers and the creative director, in multiple stage of interviews.
