Total of 3 interviews. First one with HR person, second one with two people from the team and third was a mock presentation based around an assignment. The assignment was a mock case study in which I was asked to assess the performance of a retargeting campaign (analising metrics like cr, ctr, cpc)

I got invited to the initial interview with an HR representative, who happened to be an intern. The interview felt very unnatural and the interviewer seemed to be pacing through a checklist of questions, all the standard initial ones. She came across very unfocused on what I said, in the end she also admitted (and apologised) that she was focusing on something happening at the office at the same time. Highly unprofessional and in that moment I decided that this is not a place I'd like to work at. She said she will get back to me the next day, but I got ghosted!
