      Entretien

      Entretien

The interview process took a bit of back and forth. I went through a phone screening in which they asked about prior experience, and got to know me a bit; asking questions like "Where did you hear about Criteo," "What interested you in joining the team" etc. They also gave me a great description of the role to make sure I knew what I was getting into. From there, you get a zoom interview if they feel you are qualified for the job. The Zoom interview is usually multiple people on the call who introduce themselves before taking turns asking you questions regarding your past roles, work styles, and general sales knowledge that could be applied to this role. After this interview, they do a role play meeting with the same interviewers and you play out a sales meeting with a client. They are very big on being personable, having sales experience, and using data to drive/meet your sales goals. Overall, not a "hard" interview, but there is a bit of studying and dedication you will need to invest in order to even get into the last step (and that does not guarantee employment) The process alone weeds out the people who are not willing to put in a bit of work, but also can make you feel like you are in before the offer even gets offered.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

"What are 3 qualities in a good employee?" "Tell me how you have used data to succeed in your prior role" "What would your prior employer say that your greatest ossicle is with your work ethic" "How do you use client relationships to drive sales" The standard "Tell me about a time....etc." questions "How do you feel about working from home vs working in the office?" "While looking for employment, what are some of the things you are looking for in an ideal company?" "What made you want to work for Criteo?" "Tell me about an experience where you had to organize a presentation"

Started with HR and the moves to Managers. Both teams were very competent and the process was smooth. It lasted around 3 weeks the questions were relevant and the timing was correct. Enough time to prepare and good feedbacks received after each interview round. I eventually accepted the offer.

It was a 4 round process; screen call, 1st interview with the hiring manager, panel interview with their team, and lastly a mock presentation in front of the hiring manager and 2 other managers. Wasted a month of time going all the way through for a rejection. Quickly came to see after that many people in this position do not look like me; they are mainly white and even more so, white women. Think its pretty obvious why I didn't get the role. Unless you're applying to this company for anything outside client facing stuff, you probably won't be hired if you are a POC.

Name a time when you had a difficult client and how you asserted your boundaries.
