      J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Criteo (Tokyo) en déc. 2016

      Entretien

      the initial phone interview with HR in Singapore was very pleasant. Then comes the online test. If you read other posts before, it is very easy and fast. Only took me 5 mins to finish them all. Went onsite interview in their Tokyo office. Also very pleasant and the senior analyst was very helpful on guiding me to reach the case study question. So far, best interview experience I had in a long time. Then proceeded to the next round with video call with one of the directors in HQ. Here comes the painful part. HR notified me one day before the scheduled call due to the interviewer wanted to change the date, rescheduled the meeting in 2 weeks. Then during the actual call, the director was almost an hour late. He came really strong during the conversation, keep pushing me to the corner on why I often change my job in the last 10 years. I explained my personal history and why I had to change my jobs and wanted to break the pattern. Had a really hard to understand his questions over his heavy French accent about the calculation, case study, company business model and pricing. His way of asking questions and explaining information is not logical and hard to follow. At the end, he had some really condescending comments of my current position, jokes at my expense and undermining all my past achievements. Response came from the agent, said he was not convinced of my pattern/personal story of changing jobs every 2 years.
