Got a meeting request from the hiring manager. Upon arrival I was notified that the hiring manager was not in and that the interview was with someone else. Met with hiring manger's number 2 with 1 year experience and a new hire in the team. During the meeting it was stressed just how important the candidate experience was and that after an interview staff would always give feedback by telephone in the next couple of days. Eventually, about 3 weeks after the interview I received a standard rejection email with no feedback whatsoever .
