2) Zoom interview with the hiring manager who doesn't appear on camera, but you do
3) Lack of sharing next steps or followup after interviews
4) Scheduled, and broken interview appointments with the hiring manager's leader - when rescheduled, simple conversation
5) Scheduled, and broken interview appointment with the department vice president. Simple conversation. Surprise that the hiring manager didn't schedule one-on-ones with the team members
6) Recruiter would run hot and cold. Wants to help, offers to help, then day, day and a half getting back when she offered to follow up on something
Poor articulation, poor planning, poor execution, not transparent, not considerate (cancelations, little regard for candidates).
All conversations were 30 minutes. Little substance.
Glad I don't work here. This experience and some other critical pieces made it very easy for me not to be interested in this company. My experience spoke volumes about company culture.
