I sent my Resumé for a job they posted on StackOverflow Careers. The next day I got a phone call and an e-mail from their HR person asking a couple of questions and if I was aware that the job was in the Netherlands. After the call I had an Skype interview with one of their developers.

They asked about my experience with WPF, Testing, Prism and Dependecy Injection. Also they asked several times if I was willing to relocate to Rotterdam for the job and if my family was ok with that.
