It went smoothly and was a little bit more complicated than I expected. First I had the soft skill interview. They asked a bit of tricky questions. also they provide feedback after the interview.

The first step is HR screening. The interviewer didn't even turn on the camera. It felt like a conversation with a Robot. He asked a lot of situational questions as well.

The interview process was pretty clear. First we had a first contact call. Then a one-hour meeting to see if my profile and the company fit what I was looking for. After that I had to do a tech assignment which I had to present at another meeting and answer some technical questions.
