Entretien
First interview with Hr, second with HR and Hiring manager, feedback phase. Then there was a case study but i didnt make it to that phase. The first interview was mainly to check your motivation and technical understanding. It included questions about the tech stack i was supposed to use as well as behavioral questions. Second interview was more to get to know the hiring manager and see if there was a fit.

Entretien
Got an initial screening call. Received a follow-up call, where they admitted that they went for a person who was able to offer a lower price (I let them make a proposal, and they named market average), and a person who tailored a better cover letter. That's an unusually frank feedback from a company, so I have to give them major kudos for that.
