I got a telephone call which I had in German. They only asked me to confirm a date for the online interview. I then later had an interview with 3 interviewers. One from HR other two from Projects and Engineering. They initiated the conversation in German and I had half of the interview in German then I asked them to switch to English to answer a question better. They asked the usual questions and also showed a presentation about the business area of Continental the applied position. The experience was really very smooth.

One phone call with the He and later the manager. Asked about previous experience and future plans. Why Continental ? Strength/ weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years ? Overall very transparent and professional interview
