I sent a e-mail with my CV and then they contacted me to a job interview with the Software Staff who asked me several questions about c programming. I really do not know what such people I treated, however it seemed to me that they were the less professional ones.They were laughing through the time that last the interview. I really hope Continental will make some to avoid this in the future.

It was mostly about C and my embedded software project. There were two interviews. One was behavioral, and the second was technical. Questions were about C and my embedded software project.
Two Engineers from the company were nice and asked some technical questions. I found the questions a bit hard but I did not have much insight of the subject, so that's probably why it was hard.

they went through my resume, and would occasionally pause to ask me questions related to my resume, mostly to check if i knew what i was doing or to make sure that what i had mentioned was real
