Filling of positions are often delayed due to irresponsible behaviors of app rovers (No urgency & importance felt). Primitive methods. SW division (Bommanahalli): incompetent interviewers (don't know basics of Quality)... Job description will be often misleading. Position bearers will face heavy politics, unnecessary & uncalled pressure... Highly disorganized management. Day-in-Day-Out job threats by senior management. All objectives are Business Unit Centric
