Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde ein sehr unkompliziertes Gespräch auf Augenhöhe. Keine trickreichen Fragen und nette Athmosphäre. kommt wahrscheinlich aber auf den Interviewer an. Wir sind nur im Eingangsbereich auf einer Couch gesessen und haben dort ein wenig geredet. Außerdem war es nur ein Interviewer

Entretien
General points: Not advisable to non-Bangalore south residents, as the offices are in Bommasandra & Bommanahalli. High commuting time. Extended working hours (9 Hrs)... Work content & exposure are better. But, one would spend his maximum productive time in marathon meetings... Absolutely No data protection. Biased appraisals, based on Managers Gut Feelings... No actual measurement of performance.
Manufacturing Plant (Bommasandra): Interviews will be conducted before headcount approvals. Hence, interview results / offers are often delayed. Filling of positions are often delayed due to irresponsible behaviors of app rovers (No urgency & importance felt). Primitive methods.
SW division (Bommanahalli): incompetent interviewers (don't know basics of Quality)... Job description will be often misleading. Position bearers will face heavy politics, unnecessary & uncalled pressure... Highly disorganized management. Day-in-Day-Out job threats by senior management. All objectives are Business Unit Centric
